<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains video, wrist motion, tool-handle motion, and eye trajectory data of 19 study participants (university students) self-practicing the Peg Transfer Task, the first manual skill task in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery (FLS, https://www.flsprogram.org/).</p><p dir="ltr">Each participant repeated 10 minutes of practice BLOCK and 2 minutes of break. For each SESSION, they practiced for one hour. The data collection was terminated as they reached the proficiency criteria of completing the task within 48 seconds for 10 non-consecutive trials, or they have reached the maximum of six sessions.</p>

The first trial (1-1) of first session for each participant is 30 seconds calibration recording: Participants looked at the black dot located at the center of the monitor. This is to record behaviors of their pupil diameters adjusting to the monitor.
