Files/Folders in Dataset and Description

RFS Drift Fence Captures.csv - file contains all capture information for flatwoods salamanders used to assess phenology. Drift Fence Trap Directions.csv - denotes whether traps were placed on the outside (capturing salamanders entering the wetland) or inside (capturing salamander leaving the wetland) of the drift fence. Water Level Data.csv - water level measurements made from 35 wetland basins and used to build models predicting flooding dynamics in these systems. Also includes some associated climate data (e.g., precipitation) Note: all location data has been removed from these datasets. The work occurred in southern Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida. Specific location information can be provided upon reasonable request.
