Pathogen load and pathology data for house finches experimentally infected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum as part of a project investigating how prior pathogen exposure augments gene expression heterogeneity. The dataset contains "eyescore" data, which is a categorical score given for the severity of observed pathology and pathogen load quantity as estimated by qPCR assay.
