Data associated with Gregory et al. "The house finch ocular microbiome is altered by infection, but does not predict disease transmission"

This is bacterial 16S rRNA gene amplicon data and metadata; it includes amplicon sequences, sequencing information necessary for demultiplexing and using the amplicon data, house finch eye scores, and Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) qPCR data. These data are associated with the study by Gregory et al., "The house finch ocular microbiome is altered by infection, but does not predict disease transmission"
