Adult Spring Peepers Exposed to Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis

dataset
posted on 2021-02-23, 14:18 authored by Korin Rex Jones
Included in this dataset are Illumina processed 16S rRNA sequences taken from the skin of adult male spring peepers (Pseudacris crucifer). Frogs were exposed to either sterile water or a solution containing zoospores of Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis. Frogs were swabbed upon capture in the field (day 0), and at 24 hours (Day two) and 96 hours (Day five) post- Bd exposure to assess changes in bacterial community composition.
