XLSX contains Metadata schema (specimen+3D technical) for 3D biospecimen models, crosswalk to VTDL schema, comparison of biospecimen (occurrence) and multimedia data flow across databases (SCAN, iDigBio, GBIF, MorphoSource). Fig1 shows 3D photogrammetry workflow and associated dataset deposited into MorphoSource repository. Fig2 shows the 3D digital object design for different repositories.
